When did the changeling flag begin to flip: 1999?
Bluepoch, developer of the global version of the game, has yet to confirm an exact start date for the Changeling banner in Reverse: 1999. However, players are speculating that the changelings may make their debut in the upcoming 1.2 update following the ongoing event known as the “Stolen Jules Rimit Cup.” Depending on the remainder of the Jules Rimet Cup event, players can expect to have the opportunity to take down the Changeling flag sometime in December or early 2024.
The Changeling Flag previously made its debut in the Chinese version of Days of Rebirth: 1999, which featured a 6-star character that had a higher drop rate along with Horropedia and Necrogue. It is expected that Changeling, like other characters, will be added to the permanent banner after the 1.2 update.
