Actor Pedro Pascal is the son of Jose Pedro Balmaceda Riera and Veronica Pascal.
Pedro and his siblings were raised in Orange County, California and San Antonio, Texas. Their parents were forced to flee Chile in the 1970s due to political upheaval when he was nine months old. However, once it was safe, the Pascal children were allowed to return to Chile with their parents so they could visit family.
