Who are RHONY Jessel Taank’s parents?
RHONY star Jessel Taank was reportedly born in 1983 in England to parents Kishor and Nicky Taank, making her of British-Indian descent.
According to her LinkedIn, Jessel is the founder of KnowledgeShe has worked at The Right Now as a Founding Leader – Fashion & Beauty, BWR Vice President of Public Relations, Fashion & Beauty and Director of Public Relations at Westfield.
Other companies she has worked for in the past include HL Group, Michael Kors and Karla Otto New York.
She has been married to her husband Pavit Randhawa since October 2014. The two quickly became friends and in another lucky coincidence, they discovered that they were both looking to move.
“In true New York fashion, we decided it would be easier to be roommates, since we already knew each other’s quirks and it would definitely be better than living with strangers,” Jessel told Vogue. “When my mom came to visit, she was introduced to Pavit for the first time, and of course commented that she was sure we would be together. I started to pay more attention and eventually asked him out to dinner. The rest is history!”
Three years later, Pavit proposed and they got married in 2016.
Pavit has disclosed on LinkedIn that he is the president of Phone Daddy. He has served other companies such as Harbor Freight Tools, Deloitte Consulting, Cross Keys Capital, LLC, and JP Morgan Chase, among others.

Kishor Tannk is the father of RHONY Jessel Taank. On his father’s birthday, Jessel wished his father, “Champagne & cake – Happy Birthday Dad!! @ms_sophia_marie @pavit21.”
Kishor is on Facebook, where he claims to have attended DHSS. According to LinkedIn, Kishor has been the CFO at Pentax UK Ltd since October 1979.

Meet Nicky Taank, RHONY Jessel Taank Mom
Nicky Taank is the beautiful mother of Jessel Taank. On Mother’s Day 2020, Jessel celebrated her mother through an IG post.
She wrote, “A little bit of badass with a LOT of boldness and style.. incredibly sweet and kind mixed with a little bit of crazy and quirky. High energy and a fiery temper but with a smile that captures everyone’s heart. Drop a beat and you’ll be the first on the dance floor.. give you a little tonic and you’ll double the gin. Everything you do is perfect and nothing or no one can compare – because you are simply the BEST. Happy Mother’s Day to you and all the beautiful Moms out there! ❤️❤️❤️ @nickytaank.”
In an Instagram post, Nicky shared that she works in the medical field.
“I have been working in the medical field for over 20 years, today my brother introduced me to HH Sheikha Intisar AlSabah, a wonderful day for me to meet someone who brings women together to empower women and support women who are suffering from war. Max’s photos in the book #Circleoflove are special as are the stories of each of the 87 women,” the caption from November 2019 reads.
Little is known about Nicky’s family. Nicky has an older brother named Max Vadukul. Her other brother Nitin Vadukul passed away in February 2018.
After his uncle passed away, Jessel posted, “Today we lost one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known. You were a true visionary.. a creative master.. an inspiration and a leader. Most importantly… you lived a life filled with love.. positivity and kindness. I will never forget how you opened the doors to New York City for me.. how you introduced me to the ‘Art of the Samurai’ for wisdom.. and how you never failed to see the beauty in everything around you… no matter how small.
