Daniher played 255 games for Essendon, including 21 finals. He won the club’s best and fairest awards in 1984, 1986 and 1987 and was a member of Essendon’s premiership team in 1984 and 1985. He was also a member of the Australian team that won the 1987 International Rules Series.
