In this game, players control four super villains sent by Amanda Waller to Metropolis – Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn and King Shark – to stop the alien invader Brainiac and Freeing the Justice League members under his control. The open-world design allows for solo or cooperative play, allowing players to freely explore the metropolis.

The game was originally slated to release in 2022, but was pushed back due to delays and is now scheduled for release on February 2, 2024. The deluxe edition was released early on January 29, 2024, and features Kevin Conroy’s final performance as Batman.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is an action-adventure game set in an open-world metropolis. Players can choose from four characters – Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and King Shark – each with unique weapons, melee styles, and traversal methods. The game offers either single-player with the ability to switch between characters or cooperative multiplayer mode for up to four players. Characters have skill trees with different abilities, and players can try out different builds. The Suicide Squad plot to kill the Justice League

The Suicide Squad, consisting of Deadshot, Boomerang, Harley Quinn and King Shark, are coerced by Amanda Waller into carrying out a mission to stop Brainiac’s attack on Metropolis. Brainwashed members of the Justice League become enemies. Wonder Woman is the only uncontrolled hero, and the team’s mission is to eliminate those brainwashed opponents. Along the way, they recruit other villains and gather resources. After discovering Earth-2 and teaming up with another Luthor, they learned Waller’s true intentions.

The team confronts and defeats the brainwashed Superman and foils Waller’s nuclear plan. Superman fights Wonder Woman, resulting in her death. Under Luthor’s guidance, the team used gold kryptonite to defeat Superman. However, Brainiac captures them, but they are saved by Luthor Two. After learning about the multiple Brainiacs in multiple universes, the team worked with Waller and Luthor 2 to confront and capture Brainiac, stopping his multiverse invasion. The team is now preparing to hunt down the remaining Brainiac.
