Meet David Lauck, TLC’s Crack Addicts Star and Alessandra Colón’s Husband
In Crack Addicts, Alessandra and her team approach some of the most bizarre and extraordinary cases with groundbreaking methods, delivering radical pain relief and changing the lives of many patients in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Alessandra and her staff have seen a range of patients, including one wearing a tiny corset that tightens her waist and another recovering from a boating accident. “My mission is to heal people’s spines one by one, and I’m happy to do it,” Dr. Alessandra says in the trailer for TLC’s Crack Addicts.
The TLC star has been practicing chiropractic since October 2016 at Papa Chiropractic. She received her Osteopathy/Physical Therapy/Massage degree from Palmer Chiropractic of Florida. She also attended the University of Arizona and Humble High School.
The 37-year-old Palm Beach Gardens resident is also a cancer survivor and often shares videos with patients and inspirational quotes on his Instagram account @misschiropractic.
Alessandra was just 14 years old when she found out she had stage 4 cancer. Speaking about her life-changing experience with Voyage MIA, Alessandra says, “The worst part that most people think of is the chemotherapy and radiation, but I never thought of it that way. It’s definitely not fun to be near death every day. I was mostly worried about my family.”
Dr. Alessandra is so happy to be married to her husband, David Lauck. The two were married on February 22, 2020. Reflecting on her perfect wedding, Alessandra wrote, “It was a PERFECT wedding. The only thing that could have made it better; is if God could have given me 40 hours in a day. So that moment could have lasted longer…,” a month after she married David.
The famous osteopath shared her wedding photos and a poem by Pablo Neruda as she celebrated her wedding anniversary on February 22, 2021.
While we don’t know exactly how and when the two started dating, Alessandra shared on her Instagram on October 4, 2022 that the couple has completed 8 years of being together. That means the couple has been in a relationship for over 8 years as of this writing.
On November 20, 2017, Alessandra shared a heartfelt post for her partner, thanking him for always supporting her. She wrote, “Thank you to the man who always makes me happy… But the truth is I love him just the way he is. Most importantly, he is always there to support my dreams, cook dinner when I can’t, or help me with my ever-growing list of… .”
