Meet Charlotte Henson, wife of Adam Henson

Charlotte Henson or Charli Gilbert is the wife of Adam Henson (rumored to have gotten married around 2020-2021). But they remained single for a long time but had a husband-wife relationship with each other. They are said to have met when they were teenagers, Adam was only 16 at the time. They then started living together.

He said in an interview with Express, “My best friend is… my partner Charlie. We’re not married but we’ve known each other since school. She’s the mother of my two children.”

The couple have a daughter, Ella, 23, and a son, Alfie, 18. The family live in Bemborough Farm, Gloucestershire, where Adam was born. They live on Cotswold Farm Park, a rare breed farm, where they keep cattle, sheep, pigs and rare breed horses.

Adam has shared in previous interviews that Charlotte is a vegetarian. Speaking to The Mirror in May 2019, Adam shared that he enjoys living off the land and eating meat raised on his farm when possible. He also grows vegetables because his partner and daughter are vegetarians.

Speaking about his children, Adam shared, “My childhood was very healthy and free. My mother cooked all our food and cut our hair. Just like the Waltons. But getting back to nature was always important and my children grew up on the farm. Even though one will work at an events company and my son wants to go into finance, they can both lay a lamb. They are very capable.”

Adam’s daughter Ella appeared on Countryfile in the May 2020 episode, where she helped her famous dad. Ella graduated from college in 2016, studying English Literature, Drama and Psychology before going on to study a degree at the University of Birmingham.

Furthermore, Ella received her BA in English Literature and Drama and graduated in 2019. Regarding her work, she is currently working as a sales coordinator and operations manager for SME London Ltd.

Speaking to the Telegraph, Adam said: “The worst time was 2001 – we had invested a lot in Cotswold Farm Park, then foot and mouth disease hit just before we opened. The bank closed and wanted their money. We were probably £250,000 in debt with all the money we had borrowed for the machinery and the money we had invested in the farm park.”

The “small payout” from their insurance policy helped them survive. Plus, Adam getting a job at Countryfile helped everyone stay on their feet.

Cotswold Farm Park is a working farm but is also open to the public. People can visit rare breeds of livestock, watch milking and shearing demonstrations, go nature walks and have picnics.
