What happened between Elissa Lorenn and Matthew Rondeau?
According to the report of Page SixMatthew Rondeau allegedly attacked transgender woman Elissa Lorenn while they were at Shanna Moakler’s LA home while she was filming “Celebrity Big Brother.” In February 2022, Elissa and her friend Shayan went to Shanna’s house to hang out with Matthew.
Elissa claims that when they arrived at Shanna’s house, they found Matthew in a bad mood after discovering that his girlfriend Shanna had been cheating on him. The transgender woman revealed to PageSix, “He had a knife and was tearing up her pictures. When I first got there, he didn’t seem too bad, but as the night went on, I was like, ‘Oh, this is like a lot of things.'”
Elissa added that they went to the hot tub and “had a few drinks” naked. Matthew became “stern and very serious.” He then grabbed her face and started kissing Elissa. As the night went on, he began to become more intimate with her and her friend Shayan.
They then dismissed Matthew’s behavior as a nuisance and things changed after that. Elissa then went to get a charger and Matthew followed her. She claimed, “He pushed me against the wall and slapped me really hard across the face. Then he added, “and then he put his hands around my neck and choked me. I say ‘choke’ in the cryptic sense, like strangling.”
The next morning, Loren couldn’t even move his neck and had bruises on his neck and shoulders.
When the phone rang, Elissa called a car and fled Shanna’s house. She explained that she didn’t go to the police because of her own experience as a transgender woman. She had never filed a police report about the alleged incident. “I’m a transgender woman. This was not something I had ever experienced before,” she told PageSix, “so my first instinct was not to go to the police.”
Commenting on the incident, Shayan shared that Matthew was “out of control and an aggressive drunk”. She added that she knew nothing beyond the hot tub incident but that she saw her the next day and noticed bruises on Elissa.
The transgender woman also addressed the attack on her TikTok.
