Between scenes of their interactions, Brynn explains to viewers what caused them to end their engagement. She said that she and he were together for a total of five years and that when Gideon proposed, they actually broke up and she was seeing someone else. “The worst thing you could do is call your boyfriend and tell him you’re engaged to someone else,” she said in a confessional.
