As a result, Johnny achieved a top 5 world ranking and represented Team USA at the 2009 and 2015 World Championships. However, the following year, a serious leg injury during the Olympic trials put an end to his Olympic dreams forever.

To this day, however, Johnny is still known as “Spike Lee” of Track & Field, who continues to be active in the sports world in some way. So when he makes independent films on YouTube, he helps athletes bring their ideas to life.
