SEOUL: A travel ban was imposed on Ramsey Khalid Ismael, better known by his online pen name Johnny Somali, on Tuesday after he was indicted by South Korean prosecutors for “causing a disturbance” ”.

He had previously been to Japan, where he provided commentary on the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to locals. In another case, he made comments about the Fukushima nuclear accident while trespassing on a hotel construction site in Osaka. After these circumstances, Ismael was arrested and deported.
