Most TV viewers know Ashley Lanhardt from Teen Mom 2 as the on-again, off-again girlfriend of Nathan Griffith, who is also Jenelle Evans’ ex-fiancé.

Although Ashley’s relationship with Nathan didn’t work out as planned, she is now happily engaged to Lee Runion.

Sharing a photo of him and his new fiancée Ashley showing off their engagement rings, Lee wrote, “It’s official, she said yes!! Never felt more sure about anything in life! You compliment me in every aspect of my life! I’m so excited to bring my family into this world with you as my companion. I love you so much!!!! 2023 is going to be another big year for us.”

Lee Runion is engaged to his girlfriend and former Teen Mom 2 star, Ashley Lanhardt.

On May 8, 2022, Lee shared that the couple had closed on their first investment property. He added that their goal is to add another property by the end of 2022 so they can have a total of three properties before they start building them into their forever homes.

Ashley and her ex-boyfriend Nathan split in March 2021. During an Instagram Live in July 2021, the Teen Mom star even confirmed Ashley and Lee’s relationship. At the time, Nathan also confirmed that he and Ashley were officially over, saying, “Relationships are a tricky thing. One person can be in love, the other person can be out of love…”

After the split, Nathan moved back to Tennessee to live with his mother, Doris.

Throughout their relationship, Ashley grew close to Nathan’s children, Kaiser and Emery.
