According to a police report obtained by Page Six, Marisa and Luis began arguing over finances after her estranged husband took their children away. The argument quickly escalated after Teresa Giudice’s fiancée pushed Marisa into a metal pillar in the garage.

The incident occurred in front of the couple’s son. Because Marisa refused medical attention and did not file charges against Luis, no arrests were made.

Two years before that incident, on New Year’s Eve 2010, Marisa filed a separate police report, claiming that she and Luis had gotten into a verbal argument that forced her to leave the family home. Marisa also declined to press charges that time, so no arrests were made.

A year after the verbal altercation, the two officially divorced. Apparently, there was no improvement in their relationship as they transitioned from husband and wife to co-parenting, as Marisa claims that Luis “screamed names” at her in front of their children during a custody exchange on June 6, 2016.

She even filed a police report after the incident and according to the report, Luis came to pick up their son around 6:00 and wanted to exchange some words. Since she didn’t want to come out the door, he continued to ring the bell and bang on the door until she opened it, scaring their other son who was upstairs.

“When he dropped the children off, he shouted both their names in front of them and then drove off with the second son who he claimed he wanted to live with,” Marisa said.

Police made no arrests because no one filed charges in connection with the alleged incident.
