Meet Rocky Bivens, LaTocha Scott’s Husband

Rocky Bivens is LaTocha Scott’s husband, who was accused along with LaTocha of stealing $30,000 from Tamika Scott. In an episode of SWV & Xscape: The Queens of R&B, Tamika sits down to discuss the matter with her mother, Gloria, only to find her “favoring” LaTocha.

“Tocha is crushed by you,” Gloria said before condemning Tamika for talking about Rocky. “The only time I ever said anything about him was when he was meddling in my business,” Tamika explained.

Then, in a tense exchange in the first episode, Tamika accused Rocky and LaTocha of conspiring to transfer her checks — worth tens of thousands of dollars — into his bank account.

It is clear that the husband/wife has denied these complaints.

Rocky and LaTocha got married in 1995. They weren’t exactly compatible. But in a way, they balanced each other out.

Unfortunately, their relationship took a hit after 17 years in November 2022 when a woman named Unykue Foucha claimed that she had an affair with Rocky. She even posted several conversations, pregnancy photos, and even cash transactions, which were said to have taken place between her and Rocky.

In summary of the alleged messages, Rocky tried to calm down because Unykue was nice to him. He even compared her to his mother before saying that he would not disappoint her again. He then asked for a copy of the ultrasound.

Unykue’s post was captioned: “I was tricked into saying the things I said.”

Now, the post has been deleted. Unykue also admitted that the two did not have an affair, instead claiming that her page was hacked—before deleting that post as well, saying that Rocky manipulated her into saying there was no affair.

Rocky Bivens and LaTocha Scott have a son named Jamon Bivens. They welcomed their only child into the world in 1997 — two years after they got married.

Jamon turned 23 on August 14, 2020. On his birthday, Rocky wrote on FB, “Happy 23rd “Jordan Year” to my son @j_biv14. I am so proud of you and all you have accomplished.
