Meet Sarah Rose, Mike Youngquist’s Girlfriend of 90 Day Fiancé
90 Day Fiance’s Mike Youngquist debuted on the show with his ex Natalie Mordovtseva in season 7 but he has a new woman in his life named Sarah Rose. He officially Instagrammed Sarah in early June 2023.
Wrapping his arms around a woman whose face he carefully hid, the Washington native grinned. He didn’t say who his partner was but just put two hearts as the caption for the photo. In July, Mike showed off his new girlfriend again, this time only revealing her face but not naming her name. He shared a photo of the unidentified woman and himself in a car on Instagram.
“God of the universe bless this kind person who means the world to me,” he captioned the photo.
The identity of Mike’s new girlfriend, Sarah Rose, was made public in December 2023. With the comment: “Missing the road, I always love you, baby”, Mike posted a video of the trip he and Sarah took to Las Vegas in 2023. September of that year.
Fans discovered Sarah’s identity even though he didn’t tag her when she left a comment: “I love you so much, watermelon sugar king will forever be my love.”
Sarah was seen lying in bed with a large wound on her knee in a video recorded and narrated by Mike and uploaded to Sarah’s Instagram Story in March 2024.

Contact revealed that Mike and Natalie broke up in March 2021, a year after getting married, while the TLC alum walked down the aisle in April 2020. After three years of marriage, Mike filed for divorce from Natalie, as In Touch exclusively revealed on December 29, 2023. Even though they broke up, it looks like the ex-couple could still get back together. TLC posted a preview on Instagram on March 4, 2024 of that night’s episode of The Single Life, in which the two had the “reunion of a lifetime.”
Mike and Natalie are seen hugging and receiving a bouquet of flowers in the video. Natalie revealed in a confessional that she wishes to rekindle their romance and that “anything is possible” if she and Mike reconcile.
