TLC announced 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort on July 6 via Instagram. “Can old wounds be healed? Together with a team of experts, five #90DayFiance couples will see if their relationships can be saved,” TLC shared alongside the show’s first trailer.

90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort, which premieres August 14, will feature “explosive group therapy, in-depth couples sessions, past life regressions, and unique activities on and off the resort.”

While the full cast has yet to be announced, Petey Silveira, Dr. Janie Lacy, and Dr. Jason Prendergast are the three therapists confirmed to appear in the series.
