You were an amazing friend and an incredibly talented and passionate woman,” her best friend, Ariane Avandi, posted on her Instagram. “I will never forget the impact you made on my life and everyone else’s just by being you!!”

“The suspected driver of the Toyota fled the scene and police deployed a K-9 dog but were unable to locate the man, whose identity has not yet been released, the FHP said. Two passengers in the suspect driver’s vehicle were seriously injured, the report said. Those passengers were taken to the hospital but police have not yet questioned them because of their injuries.”
