This home improvement coach has been working miracles through his company The Contractor Fight. He reportedly founded the renovation company in November 2012 and has since helped more than 1,000 home improvement contractors gain “respect and dignity for the value they bring to their clients.”
One of their clients, Cobus Breytenbach, said, “I was $30k in debt when I joined the program. Paid the fee on a credit card. Best decision I ever made!”
In addition to running his renovation company, Tom also dabbled in the clothing business at the time. He founded Live Unafraid Apparel in Colorado Springs in the summer of 2020, after wanting to build a clothing brand that “spoke to the fire inside people who were tired of hiding their light.”
But Tom originally started his career as a Marine. He served in the United States Marine Corps for four years until he was honorably discharged in 1992.

Tom Reber grew up in a family of contractors. His father was a prominent contractor in Colorado, while not much is known about his mother — except that she was “the most influential woman” in Tom’s life.
Unfortunately, Tom’s mother Debbie passed away on February 6, 2021.
