Meet Winston Chutkan, Father Judge Tanya Chutkan
Judge Tanya Chutkan is the daughter of Winston Chutkan. The federal judge is very private about her personal life, so she has shared very little about her family members, including her father. In fact, my sister was naturalized right here in the Rotunda many years ago. I know this is a special day, and I know how long and hard you have worked to get here.”
