Early life
Williams Uchemba was born on October 22, undated, in Abia state, southeastern Nigeria.
He was born into a family of 6 people; his parents and his three other siblings. His father’s name is Chief Uche Mbah.
He is a native of Umueze Village, located in Obazu Mbieri, a municipality in Mbaitolu Local Government in Imo State, Nigeria. He has a sister named Sandra Uchemba who is an actress.
After completing his primary and secondary education, both in Abia State, he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate and O’Level Certificate.
For his university studies, actor Williams Uchemba attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), Enugu State, where he studied international relations.
Career
Actor Williams Uchemba began his professional career as a child actor in 2000.
He became a famous child actor in the industry after starring in The Journey Of The Dead, in which he starred alongside Olu Jacobs, Ramsey Nouah and Pete Edochie. This film brought him to light and gave him a platform to feature in other films.
In 2003, he appeared in Beyond Belief.
In 2006, he got the lead role in Rich World as a smart kid.
