Real name Sadiq Onifade however is credited with Wurld, he is a 37-year-old Nigerian singer and songwriter whose musical style is electronic fusion.

Wurld was born in Lagos, but moved to Atlanta, Georgia, USA, to pursue his advanced degree. While studying computer science at Georgia State University, he developed a passion for music and never let it go.

Since 2012, Ward has gained fame in his music career by recording several successful albums, such as the album “Evolution” which contains “Beyond Our Dreams”.

Ward was born on January 2, 1987, in Lagos, Nigeria, but moved to the United States for his education.

Profession

Wurld began his professional music career in 2012 when he released the first official single “Beyond Our Dreams” from his debut album “Evolution”. His EP project was released in 2013 due to SESAC coinciding with the summer.

In the same year, a music video was shot for the song “Alive” from his “Evolution” EP. He also appeared in the song “Beautiful Girls” by Timbaland artist BK Brasco, which was also shot in a video.

In 2016, Wurld collaborated with Major Lazer’s Walshy Fire and record producer Shizzi on “Show You Off”. In June 2016, his song “Better Days” with Sir Felix became the official theme song for the 2016 DelfSail.

Wurld also co-wrote the song “Blow My Mind” with Davido and Chris Brown.
