In initial reports, as reported by People magazine, Kelley was booked into the Elmore County Jail and charged with indecent exposure and obstruction of government operations. Her bond was set at $1,000 at the time of her arrest.

The singer’s daughter was previously reported to have “exposed her breasts and lower body” along the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook. She also sat on the side of the road and refused to comply with police orders.

When authorities got involved, Kelley refused to share his identity and cooperate with police.
