Yeng Constantino was born on December 4, 1988 in Rodriguez, Rizal, Philippines.

She was the third of five children of Susan and Joselito Constantino, both farmers. She completed her primary and secondary education at Chiang Kai-shek College, a school for Chinese Filipinos in Manila.
