50 Cent can’t help but troll.
In a since-deleted social media post, the “In Da Club” rapper went after Jay-Z after Jay attended his daughter Blue Ivy’s movie premiere Mufasa: The Lion King amid allegations he raped a 13-year-old child.
Jay-Z was seen on the red carpet with his wife, Beyoncé, and Blue Ivy on Monday night. The whole family was smiling at the event. 50 shared photos of the family to his Instagram account, where he trolled Jay-Z in the comments section.
“Jay said they said I rap [sic] a kid, everyone get changed, we’re going to see Mufasa LOL,” he wrote.
The post was later deleted and 50 people shared another post to his Instagram account about being reported.
“Please don’t go to my page, I don’t go to yours, people will report me every two seconds,” he replied.
His post came after 50 people also trolled Jay-Z over rape allegations and Jay’s connection to the Super Bowl.
50, who is working on a Netflix documentary series about the sex trafficking and fraud crimes Diddy has been charged with, has implied that Jay-Z should no longer be a part of the scene.
50 Cent shared a photo on Instagram showing him sitting in his car before driving away.
“Okay, I don’t know what’s going on, but are we still going to have the Super Bowl? [halftime show] *nervous emoji* I just want to make friends!” the post read.
Previously, Jay-Z was accused by 50 Cent of trying to ban him from the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show, only to back out when Eminem threatened to pull out. The rapper told Cam’ron’s Talk to Flee that it was due to competition in the rap game.
“Not even threatened, I think it’s just – our culture is competitive, man. But I think when it crosses the line of music to get in the way of everything in business. So then I don’t understand that. Like, right now, you’re not even competing for a spot. You don’t have any new songs that you want to get into the Top 10 or Top 5, and you still competing. That’s pointless What?” he shared.
Jay-Z and his company Roc Nation first began working with the NFL in 2019, where they agreed to serve as the NFL’s live music entertainment strategists. The two then renewed their contact in 2024. However, details about the extension are still unclear.
Meanwhile, Jay-Z was hit with a lawsuit on December 8 accusing the Roc Nation founder of raping a 13-year-old boy alongside Diddy at a 2000 MTV VMA afterparty.
Jay-Z has denied the allegations and instead said he will fight them, specifically calling out attorney Tony Buzbee.
“You made a terrible error of judgment in thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man straight out of the Brooklyn projects. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict rules and honor, you seem to take advantage of people for personal gain conspiracies, fake physics, just believing in stupid claims you brought up against me, if it weren’t for the seriousness surrounding harm to children, it would be laughable. , he said.
