Ajura Biography
Daniel Alaba Ojamomi popularly known as Ajura is a 28-year-old Nigerian singer, songwriter and dancer who was born on April 19 in Ondo State, his state of origin.
Ajura was born in a family of eight relatives and unfortunately, he lost his father when he was three years old.
Known as Ojams 10 at the time, he still aspired to be a football player but had to give up on that dream due to lack of sponsors and sufficient funds.
In April 2018, Ajura signed with G-Worldwide, one of Nigeria’s leading record labels owned by Emperor Geezy and Easy Jay, who later quit the label due to a disagreement with their boss Kiss Daniel (now Kizz Daniel).
Education
Due to his age, Ajula did not receive support from his father and therefore attended school at Kabe College in Ilogbo, Ondo State.
He then completed his higher studies in 2016 at the Federal College of Education, Akoka.
Profession
At an early stage in his life, Ajula dreamed of becoming a great football player without thinking about the obstacles or the old age of his right-hand man father. When he was in secondary school, he gave himself the name “Ojams 10” which was derived from his given name Ojamomi.
Later, due to lack of support and funds, he turned to being a dancer. Ajura was a great dancer known throughout the city before he discovered that his true calling was music.
To further his music career, Ajura immersed himself in music production and went to music school to learn how to play instruments and make beats.
Ajura’s career got a big news after Immediately Kizz Daniel terminated his contract with G-Worldwide in April 2018. He was signed to G-Worldwide along with Easy Jay by record label boss Emperor Geezy.
After signing to G-Worldwide, Ajura released his first official single titled “Enchanted” which came with an accompanying video.
