Meet Allison Kagan, Star of Alaskan Bush People Joshua “Bam Bam” Brown’s Girlfriend

Joshua “Bam Bam” Brown first met girlfriend Allison Kagan while filming Alaskan Bush People back in 2017 — Allison was working as a field producer for the show at the time. So after quickly falling for the city girl, Joshua decided to leave the show because his family didn’t like her very much.

“They don’t give Allison, Bam’s girlfriend, the same respect and it really pisses him off because they’ve known her longer than any of his brother’s new girls who are hungry for fame,” an insider revealed.

Additionally, the source claimed that Joshua was “fed up” with his family’s double standards.

So why doesn’t his family like Allison? Well, it’s said that Allison used to be their boss! From 2015 to 2018, she served as a supervising producer on Alaskan Bush People and produced nearly 30 episodes.

After moving out of the family home, Allison and Joshua bought a houseboat and renovated it. It was Allison’s idea to buy a house on the water, which would give them the opportunity to do what they love every day.

Allison and Joshua then returned to his family’s farm in Washington state for a time, helping them develop the 400-acre mountaintop forest into a sustainable farming wonderland. But they still felt unloved and left to return home on the 100-foot ferry they named Fathom.

Their home (ferry) was originally named Osprey. It was decommissioned and scheduled for scrap before Allison found it.
