However, just as soufflés thrive on circumstance, Guichon soon discovered his true passion for pastry and chocolate.
In 2010, the MOF association council awarded Guichon the title of Best Apprentice in France, a truly sweet victory. He then honed his craft at the Lenôtre shop and school in Cannes, France, taking on important responsibilities.
