Early life and education

Currently, at the age of 49, Angella Katatumba was born on February 21, 1975 in Nairobi, Kenya, where her father was a diplomat.

She is the fifth child and second daughter of her parents. She grew up in Mbarara, Uganda, where her father owned a farm and a school. She attended Katatumba Academy, a primary school founded by her father.
