Anthony Davis is an American professional basketball player who plays for the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans. He can play center and striker. In the 2012 NBA Draft, New Orleans selected Davis first overall.

Early life

On March 11, 1993, Anthony Davis was born in Chicago, Illinois. His mother, Erainer, and father, Anthony Davis Sr., are over 6 feet tall. Therefore, Davis’ height is genetic.

Career

When Davis and the rest of the national championship team entered the 2012 NBA Draft, Davis’ professional career officially began.

The Los Angeles Lakers received Davis from the Pelicans in July 2019 in exchange for six other players. In October of the same year, Davis faced the Los Angeles Clippers in his Lakers debut.

Anthony Davis and Marlen P. are married. They held their daughter Nala Davis’s baby shower the following year.
