Early life

Zulum was born on 25 August 1969 in Mafa Local Government Area of ​​Borno State. Zulum obtained a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Maiduguri after attending Mafa Primary School from 1975 to 1980 and Monguno Public Secondary School from 1980 to 1985.
