Early life
Kanaga Jnr was born into the illustrious Anagha family in 1999. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anagha. Although he is commonly known as Kanaga Jnr, his parents and extended family call him Emmanuel Eme. His official name is Kalu Emmanuel Eme Anagha.
He is from the South Eastern part of Nigeria and is from Abia State. He is from Aba and is originally from Ohiafia Local Government Area in Abia State. He has an older brother named Nnamdi Kanaga. He was born in Aba and spent his early years in the city. Kanaga Jnr comes from a Christian family and was raised in the Catholic faith. During his childhood and teenage years, he attended weekly mass at a local Catholic parish in his community.
Since his teenage years, Kanaga Jnr has been interested in entertainment. He aspired to become a Nollywood superstar. His desire to become an actor led him to enroll in his school’s drama club. He was an active member of the club and often played leading or supporting roles in stage plays produced by the drama club. He also took his love of acting to church, where he was a prominent member of the drama unit.

Career
During his student days, Kanaga Jnr decided to hone his acting skills by signing up with a theatre company on campus. He performed in stage plays at universities across the South East region with other theatre troupes. He took his career further by auditioning for roles in short films produced by independent filmmakers.
Kanaga Jnr has appeared in a number of films to date. He appeared in the film Choose Life, which starred Debby Felix. Russel Oru directed the film. He also secured a spot in the series Jenifa Diary, where he played Leo. He starred in the film The Hail Mary. He played Kachi Okezie in the fifth season of the MTV series Shuga Naija.
Kanaga Jnr has worked with many Nollywood stars. Notable names include Mike Afolarin, Odeyemi Pelumi, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Adesua Etomi-Wellington, Genoveva Umeh, Natse Jemide, Bolanle Ninalowo, Funke Akindele, Carol King, Bimbo Akintola, Femi Branch, Tomi Ojo and Olumide Oworu.

Kanaga Jnr is currently 23 years old. He is 5 feet tall, slim and has a light complexion. He migrated from Aba to Lagos City after completing his studies. He moved to Lagos to explore more career opportunities as an actor and model. He currently resides in Lagos State.
He lives in a furnished apartment with his brother, Nnamdi, in Lagos. Kanaga Jnr lost his father to death when he was just a teenager.
