Billie Eilish’s Paris Olympics Outfit Impresses With Energy, But Fans Are Disappointed By One Key Detail

Billie Eilish’s performance at the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games on Sunday left much of the audience in awe, but some fans were disappointed by one key detail about her performance.

The 22-year-old “Bad Guy” singer sported her signature grunge look at the 2024 Olympic Games closing ceremony on Sunday, wearing an oversized white Ralph Lauren polo shirt emblazoned with the colors of the American flag and paired it with a navy baseball cap, baggy shorts and boots.

Eilish performed “Birds of a Feather” from her album “Hit Me Hard and Soft”.

Fans of the singer-songwriter gave her plenty of praise for her singing skills at the event, calling her performance unforgettable.

But viewers watching the show at home were less than pleased, finding it difficult to hear Eilish clearly and criticizing the production team for sound issues.

“I watched the entire 3 hours of that awful Olympic closing ceremony only to see them ruin the audio for Billie’s performance,” @cowboylike_gab wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

“Damn. They’re really ruining Billie with her sound,” user @gen_eh_sis theorized.

“Why can I NEVER listen to Billie Eilish? I swear I would love her music if I ever heard a note she sang, but she sings at a frequency I personally could never hear,” @christress declared.

“Dude, the sound on TV is terrible.” @repotez_56 added.

Alongside Eilish, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Snoop Dogg, who has become an icon of the event thanks to their partnership with NBC, will also perform at the closing ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Every performer on this lineup has deep ties to Los Angeles. Eilish is from the city, the Red Hot Chili Peppers were formed there, and Snoop was born in the nearby Long Beach area.
