Bobrisky and Portable clash for the ‘Best Dressed Female’ award

Amid the ongoing controversy surrounding Bobrisky winning the ‘Best Dressed Female’ award recently, Nigerian artiste Portable has spoken out against it, sparking a heated exchange between the two personalities.

Following Bobrisky’s recognition at the film’s launch in Lagos and subsequent receipt of the N1 million cash prize, Portable took to Instagram to express his displeasure with the decision. In a video message, he criticized the judges for glorifying Bobrisky, emphasizing that as a transgender individual, Bobrisky should not be considered in the same category as women.

Venting his frustration, Portable argued, “I heard Bobrisky won the Best Dressed Female award at the movie premiere. Is he a woman? Isn’t he transgender? He may have had BBL and breast surgery but that doesn’t qualify him as a woman. There were a lot of beautiful women there but the judges gave a man a women’s award. Bobrisky is a man.”

Additionally, Portable issued a stern warning, threatening to confront Bobrisky directly for what he perceived as his disregard for men.

In response, Bobrisky fired back at Portable via his Instagram story, issuing a strong rebuke and vowing retaliation if Portable continued to antagonize him. In Pidgin, Bobrisky wrote, “@portablebaeby ogun wan kpa ur mama? Are you interested in my life? Am I like your slum friends? Na God go punish you. If you dare to play dirty with me, I will take you to the place where they will solve your problems and your dead career will finally end.”
