After the dinner party, the Grammy recipient left the venue just after midnight. Law enforcement officers later stopped him for a traffic violation, when witnesses reported that he ignored stop signs and exhibited erratic driving behavior.
According to a source familiar with the situation, Timberlake’s friends have begged police to release him during the incident.
Insiders revealed that Timberlake even underwent a field sobriety test but refused to take a breathalyzer test, according to Fox News.
