The Instagram post also included photos of her breastfeeding, her estranged husband Offset holding their newborn, and their other children; Kulture and Wave, spending time with their new sibling. A snap of the Grammy winner’s sister, Hennessy Carolina, holding the baby, and a heartbreaking photo of Cardi—reportedly taken while in labor—were also included. The post racked up nearly three million likes in less than an hour.
The baby’s name has not yet been revealed.
Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Cephus, announced her third pregnancy just one day after filing for divorce from her husband of nearly six years, Offset, on August 1.
The 31-year-old woman addressed her separation from her husband on Instagram on Thursday.

“With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all, renewed my strength,” she wrote. “Reminding me that I can have it all!”
The mother of three wrote: “You have reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love and passion! I love you so much and can’t wait for you to see what you have helped me achieve, what you have pushed me to do! It is so much easier to accept the twists, turns and challenges of life, but you, your brother and sister have shown me why it is worth it.”
