Chacha Eke was born and raised in the state capital of Ebonyi, known as Abakaliki.

She was born on May 1, 1993.

She grew up in a middle-class family, later moving to Enugu state and then Asaba, the capital of Delta state.

Her father, Professor John Eke, is a prominent politician, lecturer and former Commissioner for Education in Ebonyi State selected by the then Governor, David Nweze Umahi.
