Charli XCX Continues ‘Brat’ Summer at 32nd Birthday Party with Tove Lo, Lorde and Nelly Furtado

Charli XCX enjoyed the “Brat” summer to the fullest as she celebrated her 32nd birthday with an epic party in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

Tove Lo, one of the A-list guests at the party, posted a selfie on Instagram of herself dancing with the birthday girl, Nelly Furtado, and Lorde.

“Yum,” the Swedish singer captioned the photo, along with an apple emoji that appeared to reference Charli’s song “Apple” from her new album “Brat.”

During the party, Charli, whose real name is Charlotte Aitchison, danced to songs from the album and chatted with Lorde while their collaboration “Girl, So Confusing” played in the background.

The remix, which explores the complexities of their friendship, was released after rumours emerged that the song – which features the lyric “They say we have the same hair” – was written about the New Zealand singer.

Billie Eilish also stopped by the Silverlake bash to dance and sing along to her and Charli’s newly released remix of “Guess.” She wore an oversized baseball jersey, lime green bandana, and red sunglasses.
