Chloe Maggie Kelly was born on January 15, 1998 in London, England, United Kingdom. She is the daughter of Noel Kelly and Jane Kelly. Chloe is the youngest of seven children, with five brothers: Daniel, Jack, and triplets Ryan, Jamie and Martin, as well as her older sister Paris.

Career
