Early life
Clement Maosa was born on 9 May 1988 in Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa.
He grew up in Bochum, along with three (3) other siblings (two girls and one boy).
Clement Maosa dreamed of becoming a soldier when he was very young. He admired the beauty of the army as a boy.
After a few years, when he entered high school, he turned to acting. With the help of his parents and their financial support, he continued his studies at the University of Limpopo.
However, life was not so kind to him as he lost both his parents while he was still a university student. This devastated him so much that he attempted suicide twice before he was able to move on with his life.
This incident forced him to face reality sooner than expected as he became the sole breadwinner after his parents passed away.
Education
Clement Maosa attended school in a village called Ga-Ramutla. However, the names of the primary and secondary schools he attended were never mentioned by him.
However, he studied Law at the University of Limpopo after pursuing a successful academic path in high school.
Career
Clement Maosa started his career by doing radio shows and commercials for a popular radio station in Limpopo. After continuously demonstrating his talent, he was able to land a modeling role with Rezo-Lution and Media Management within a short period of time.
He was unaware of his amazing dancing skills until he met DJ Murdah Bongz, a South African DJ. Meeting DJ Bongz discovered his natural talent for dancing, which contributed to his career success.
Clement Maosa was still at the bottom of the fame ladder until 2011 when his story changed after landing the role of Zamokuhle Seakamela in the popular SABC 1 soap opera, “Skeem Saam”. However, he did not let this opportunity to be known go by the wayside as he maintained his consistency in the industry. To maintain his position at the top, he threw birthday parties for other South African celebrities.
Clement Maosa did not stop at dancing and acting. He continued singing. He showed his musical talent with the release of the song “Good Life”, which he sang with King Monada. King Monada is a Bolo House star born in Limpopo. He also composed and recorded “Rhythm Of Your Heart”.
