Tyler Boebert, 18, was arrested Tuesday on a total of 22 criminal charges in Rifle, Colorado, after a series of vehicle break-ins and property thefts. The Rifle Police Department revealed on Facebook that Tyler is facing four counts of criminal possession of identification, one felony count of conspiracy to commit a felony, and multiple misdemeanors and misdemeanors.
