Constance “Connie” Masilo-Ferguson (born 10 June 1970), known professionally as Connie Ferguson, is a household name in the South African film industry.
She rose to fame after starring in the South African SABC drama series Generations.
She also received national recognition for her role as Harriet Khoza in Mzansi Magic’s drama series The Queen.
Connie Ferguson played Karabo Moroka in Generations, a series that was also a favorite of many.

Connie Ferguson was born in the early 70s, on June 10, 1970, in Kimberly, Northern Cape in South Africa.
She is a Christian.
She grew up with Fish Masilo (her father) and Margaret Masilo (her mother).
Connie Ferguson’s mother died in 2013 after a short illness, but her father is still alive.

Connie Ferguson is a veteran South African actress, film producer and screenwriter. She got her breakthrough in the SABC soap opera Generations, appearing from its first episode in February 1994 until October 2010.
She starred in Maitemogelo and Soul City in seasons 1-4. She had another major role in What If, Crime Reporter. She was cast again in the film Cape Of Good Hope, and made a cameo appearance in Okavango.
She also appeared in the movies Danger Zone, The Right Track, Suburban and Matawakabele parts 2 and 3, not leaving Lasilo Rula 2.
Connie Ferguson has also appeared on television shows. Some of them are Eduspectrum, Molomo, Radiopotso, Handy Hints, Plascon Change Your World and Continuity- CCV and SABC 2.
Her successful career has seen her take on many commercial roles, appearing in Ellerines from 1990-1995, Ultramel Custard in 1992 and 1995, Black Like Me in 1998 and many other commercials.
She has also modeled for the fashion industry, including Wella Sheen, Eskamel, Black Chic and telecommunications company Vodacom.

Shona Ferguson died on July 30, 2021, at the age of 47, from complications of COVID-19.
His death was devastating for the family. She had a daughter from this marriage named Alicia Angel Ferguson, born in June 2002.
Before marrying the late Shona Ferguson, Connie Ferguson had a husband named Neo Matsunyane whom she married in the late 90s and had a daughter named Lesedi Matsunyane on 30 December 1992.
