early life
Deon Lotz was born in Cape Town on 20 July 1964. As a teenager he was a member of the Drakensberg Boys’ Choir.
He is the third of four children in the family. Information about his parents is unknown. He has an older brother, an older sister and a younger brother.
Dion Lotz was a hotel owner before he became an actor. He started his acting career in commercials. Today, Dion lives in Cape Town, where he works as a full-time actor and sometimes travels to Johannesburg.
