Vanna White is the daughter of Miguel Angel Rosich and Joan Marie, born on February 18, 1957 in Conway, South Carolina, USA. Miguel Angel Rosich is a Puerto Rican. He left the family when Vanna was a few months old.

Her mother, June Marie, eventually married Herbert Stackley White, who worked as a real estate agent in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where the family subsequently moved.
