Diddy, along with two celebrities, was accused of raping a 13-year-old at a VMAs afterparty

Fallen rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old at a VMA afterparty in New York City nearly two decades ago.

Latest in a series of disturbing sexual assault allegations, reports say two other celebrities were involved in the brutal rape of the victim listed as “Jane Doe.” The lawsuit was filed in the Southern District of New York on Sunday, October 20.

The teenage victim said she was attacked after downing a drink that left her feeling “tired” and “dazed” while attending a drug-filled house party in September 2000, according to lawsuit documents obtained by ‘New York Post’.

She reportedly tried to get into the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall without a ticket when she approached limousine drivers – one of whom she claimed worked for Diddy, 54, who invited her to come party afterwards.

According to media reports, the limo drivers allegedly told her she “fit what Diddy was looking for” before driving her to a house she described as “a big house white with a gated U-shaped driveway”. She also signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) preventing her from detailing the star-studded fiasco.

The teenager testified that she was looking for a “place to rest” when she saw an empty bedroom and decided to lie down. That’s when the disgraced rap star allegedly entered the room, according to her account in the lawsuit.

“Shortly afterward, Combs along with a male and a female celebrity entered the room,” she said. “Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party,'” the filing claims. At that point, Plaintiff alleges that she was also assaulted by Combs. and another male celebrity held him down and raped him in front of the female celebrity.

The female victim claimed that Combs tried to force her to perform oral sex, however, she fought back by hitting him in the neck, according to records. She claims she grabbed her clothes and left the bedroom, “wandering around the house naked looking for a way out”.

Once outside, she put her clothes back on and found a nearby gas station, where she met a clerk who noticed her “distress” and allowed her to use the phone to call her father. . The lawsuit alleges that since the incident, the victim has “fallen into a deep depression that continues to affect every aspect of his life.”

The embattled hip hop producer is currently in federal custody without bail in Brooklyn and has pleaded not guilty to federal charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
