The disgraced 54-year-old music mogul was recently jailed on charges related to racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

Despite his legal team’s efforts to secure his release with a $50 million bail offer and recommendation of home confinement, Diddy was ultimately denied bail and ordered continue to be detained.
He has taken steps to challenge the bail ruling by commencing an appeal, with his legal representatives submitting paperwork to secure his freedom. According to the submitted documents, the actor’s defense asserted that he does not pose a significant flight risk, contrary to the assertions made by the prosecution.
As TMZ reports, Diddy’s legal team has proposed a substantial bail package designed to alleviate concerns about witness tampering and flight risks. Specifically, the proposal stipulates that the former Bad Boy Records boss is not allowed to receive female guests unrelated to the family until the trial ends.
This marks the third official attempt by Diddy and his team to secure his release from custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center before trial.
Meanwhile, an attorney representing multiple individuals accusing the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper has revealed explicit and disturbing information regarding rape allegations involving the rapper.
During a recent segment of “Banfield,” attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd discussed the reported assault involving her client, mentioning her intention to file a lawsuit against Diddy next week.
“My client was raped by Mr. Combs, his bodyguard and a friend. They invited my client to his house to stage this entire incident.”
“And then he took what she believed to be some type of liquid out of a bag, specifically from a fanny pack, and he sprayed it at her.”
“And at first she thought it was like acid or something, but then she realized it was some kind of lubricant or oil.”
According to the lawyer, Diddy allegedly threatened the victim with a knife and forced her to take off her clothes before pouring sebum on her. The lawyer suggested that the substance may have been mixed with a date-rape drug such as GHB.

The assault allegedly began after the woman was doused with oil by Mr. Combs and his accomplices.
“In between the two of them, she was sprayed with some more of this oil, after which the bodyguard then attacked and raped her.”
“It’s not like she was forced to take any medicine. She said she had a glass of water, she took a sip and immediately knew it wasn’t just water but she just took a sip and she felt the same. Whatever liquid was sprayed at her had something in it that essentially impaired her and her abilities.”
“So it seems to me that there was some kind of drug mixed into the oil, that’s why he poured that oil on her before, not just to make it easier for her to attack but also reduces her defense.”
After the alleged attack, Mitchell-Kidd reported that her client successfully escaped danger and found shelter.
