Diddy’s legal team is now demanding the disclosure of the anonymous accusers in his federal case.
The rap mogul’s lawyers argued that by revealing the anonymous accusers, they would be able to conduct a proper investigation against the allegations against Diddy.
According to Related pressDiddy’s lawyers argued to Judge Arun Subramanian in New York that their client’s chance for a “fair trial” could be hindered if they are not given access to accusers to fight the case. many allegations against Diddy.
Combination received a letter from Diddy’a’s lawyers in which his team claimed that the “false claims” against Diddy “have had a ripple effect, leading to a series of accusations by unknown complainant, ranging from false to completely absurd.”
The letter then claimed the attorney held a press conference and brought 120 more lawsuits against Diddy as a “publicity stunt.” Additionally, it claims that the previous lawsuits against Diddy “were discredited but only after irreparably harming Mr. Combs’ character and reputation.”
“If left unchecked, Mr. Combs will irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of his right to a fair trial, if they have not already done so,” the letter concluded.

Diddy’s representative has not responded for comment at this time.
The rapper is currently facing charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. Both the fraud and trafficking charges carry a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted. Transportation-related crimes can result in sentences of up to 10 years.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges against him.
