Diddy’s son Justin Combs sued for missing Bentley payments: Report

In Touch Weekly has obtained legal documents revealing that Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son, Justin Combs, has been sued by Porsche Leasing LTD.

According to court documents, Justin signed a lease for a new 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8 in January 2022. Since then, Justin has agreed to pay $3,365.23 in 42 installments.

However, Justin defaulted on the agreement when his payment due in December 2023 was not made. The lessor notes in the agreement that if the lessee defaults, the entire rental amount will be immediately owed.

“Consequently, Defendants are now due, owing and unpaid the approximate amount of $172,601.43, plus additional fees under the terms of the Agreement. Interest accrued from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per year, until paid in full,” the lawsuit reads.

Porsche Leasing LTD added that it had “fulfilled all obligations on its part under the terms of the Agreement”, noting that it took immediate possession of the vehicle.

In the filing, Porsche Leasing asked the court to order Justin to return the car and pay $172,000 plus interest.

However, sources said the bill was sent to the old address. Another source revealed that as soon as Justin learned of the complaint, Justin immediately took action and paid the bill.

“Due to a change of address, Justin did not receive his bill, resulting in an accidental missed payment. We are contacting the creditor and the issue is being resolved. The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dismissed,” Justin’s attorney said in a statement, adding that the lawsuit will be dismissed next week.

Justin’s recent legal headache isn’t the first time he’s been caught up in scandal. In June 2023, he was arrested for drunk driving in Beverly Hills, California. He pleaded no contest to one charge and avoided jail time, but he was ordered to complete an alcohol education program and even pay some fines.

Justin’s legal problems come at a time when his father, Diddy, has faced backlash and scrutiny over his mounting lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and harassment, along with many others.
