Every year, Glastonbury Music Festival has special guests who are not announced prior to the event. More recently, fans have been speculating which musical artist will make a surprise performance, and many believe this is the act they’ve been waiting for.

According to Daily Mirror, festival participants are very excited about this year’s big event. Some of the musicians they theorize could perform at the festival are Pulp, the Killers, Kings of Leon and even Harry Styles.

However, many believe it could be the legendary band Kasabian, a fan favorite since the 1990s. The band includes Sergio Pizzorno, Chris Edwards, Ian Matthews and Tim Carter.

“Glastonbury has a ‘TBA’ slot, but that’s the exact stage and time Må played last year, so unlikely. Rumor has it it’s Kasabian,” one person wrote.

“The countdown to Glastonbury has really begun! There are a lot of rumors about secret sets, including Kasabian and Michael Bibi. Who do you want to meet?” another person wrote.
If the rumors are true, this won’t be the first time Kasabian has taken to the Glastonbury stage as they performed in 2014.

The outlet notes that the band will go on tour in July, but it’s possible they’ll perform at the event as a warm-up before embarking on their concert series.
Over the years, Glastonbury Music Festival has featured many surprise performers, including Lady Gaga, Franz Ferdinand and the Killers.
In other updates on the event, the music festival will feature major headliners this year, including Coldplay, SZA, Shania Twain and Dua Lipa.

Other performers include LCD Soundsystem, Disclosure, Idles, the Nationa, Jessie Were, Black Pumas, NIA Archives, Jamie xx, Romy, Fontaines DC, Peggy Gou, London Grammar, Faithless, Flowerovlove, etc.
The event will take place at Worthy Farm in Pilton from June 26 to 30, 2024.
Last year, Glastonbury Festival went on sale without announcing any performers and immediately sold out in 57 minutes.
