Kanye West has been named as a defendant in a shocking new lawsuit.

In a shocking new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, employees of the YZYVSN development team accused West and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, of “forced labor and cruel and inhumane treatment.” or humiliating”. They filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court.

According to employees, West and Yiannopoulos used racist language while working for them. They also allegedly called employees, some as young as 14, “slaves.”
The lawsuit alleges the “Jesus Is King” rapper forced them to sign non-disclosure agreements. He allegedly threatened to fire the young workers and withhold pay if they refused.
Employees also made separate claims about West and Yiannopoulos. The “CARNIVAL” rapper allegedly used derogatory terms in a group chat, while Yiannopoulos reportedly sent a black/brown emoji to an African-American worker.

The new lawsuit comes after West’s former assistant testified that he and Bianca Censori called her to discuss organizing a five-person orgy.
“That evening at the office, Kanye West aka Ye asked his wife and other female guests to perform oral sex on him and his male guests in the office dressing room. During this same time, Kanye West aka Ye asked design assistants at the Yeezy/Gap office why [Pisciotta] “don’t want to have s– with him,” the earlier document reads.
Neither West nor Yiannopoulos have responded to the new lawsuit.

The “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” hitmaker previously made headlines for his alleged money problems. This problem did not stop him from spending lavishly.

West reportedly spent $50,000 on the most expensive wine, caviar and steak for his guests at the Quartier Saint Germain des Pres.
“Kanye loves being a great host. He doesn’t mind spending tons of money on food and drinks. He loves Paris and French cuisine,” the insider said of West’s lavish dinner. “He’s the kind of guy we love. He doesn’t care how much money he spends, as long as everyone involved has a great time.”
Besides legal issues, West’s lack of an endorsement deal, real estate issues, and more are said to have caused his finances to hit rock bottom.
