Diplo settled another legal matter shortly after settling a separate sexual violence lawsuit filed against him.
According to EverybodyAttorneys for the woman who accused him of revenge porn, who is listed as Jane Doe in court documents, have now filed to dismiss the lawsuit against the producer. The decision to dismiss the case came after the judge in the case, Judge Mónica Ramírez Almadani, ruled that Doe must reveal her identity and that she could no longer pursue the case anonymously.
“The court appreciates that plaintiff’s allegations in her complaint are sensitive and highly personal in nature and that she may face public scrutiny,” the documents read. spoke about the decision that she could no longer remain anonymous, according to Everybody. “However, without a demonstrated need for anonymity, the public will be more interested in open judicial proceedings.”
The woman in the case alleges that she and Diplo were intimate for seven years, from 2016 to 2023. She alleges that the hitmaker recorded them having sex during multiple encounters and that he shared those images with others without her consent.
The firing comes after Diplo settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against him. In that case, he was charged with multiple crimes, including revenge porn and gender-based violence, among others.

In early January, it was reported that the case had been resolved.
“In principle, we have a resolution. There are probably days, not weeks, left for it to be signed. There is a paragraph or two to tweak. We have sent [revisions] over the weekend,” Diplo’s attorney, Brian Elliot Turnauer, told Rolling Stone.
The woman in question, Shelly Auguste’s attorney, agreed to the proposed settlement. The trial was supposed to take place on January 13 but was later canceled because the case was resolved.
